The conference commences with drinks and dinner on the 22nd September and is followed by a full day of speakers and discussion on the 23rd. At this year’s conference we will examine the hypothesis that a major project might have its own personality, explain what “project personality” means, and discuss how to exploit it to everyone’s advantage.
