Major Projects Knowledge Hub Launch
Evening MeetingBentley Systems, 20 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BG
The Major Projects Knowledge Hub brings together insights from the Major Projects Association, our members, the London Games, the Crossrail Learning Legacy and other project knowledge hubs. It does so in a way that encourages users to discover, access, modify, adopt and reshare the content; and to interact, communicate and connect with their peer. The aim of the Knowledge Hub is to provide an environment to enable improvements to major project initiation, delivery and innovation. This event is not bookable online
This event celebrates the launch of the live Knowledge Hub; explains the aspirations for and the visions behind it and provides a guided tour of the functionality and the knowledge sharing activities that it supports.
Alongside the presentation, the Major Projects Association is running a Knowledge Cafe around four themes:
- What makes a great Learning Legacy?
- How do you encourage institutional and individual support for knowledge sharing?
- What is currently missing from the Project Initiation process?
- How can we identify and develop non-technical project capabilities?
To model the kind of knowledge sharing behaviours and experience that we hope will be a part of the Major Projects Knowledge Hub. We will capture the ideas generated in the Cafe directly, in real time, as threads within the discussion forum on the Major Projects Knowledge Hub.
Come along and experience the Hub; identify how this initiative can connect with your own knowledge sharing activity and discover more about the opportunity to experiment and develop new skills as a volunteer facilitator.
DUE TO SECURITY RESTRICTIONS, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT IF YOU ARE NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED.
